At Handy Meals, every meal is freshly prepared in our Cork kitchen, vacuum-sealed and blast-frozen to lock in quality, taste and nutrition. We take food safety very seriously and follow strict hygiene and temperature control procedures.

2. Food & Perishable Items

Because our products are frozen, perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered. This is in line with food safety regulations and ensures the highest standards for all customers.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • The wrong product

  • An item missing from your order

  • A product that arrives thawed or not in suitable condition
