Lovely food with very good quality and the best Brazilian taste. The main thing for me is that there are no preservatives and the price is fair.

Like many people who are busy and / or aren't great cooks (I fall into both categories), I needed reasonably priced, healthy meals delivered to me that can be quickly heated up on certain days of the week, and if possible also provide some joy while they're being consumed halfway through and / or at the end of a challenging day. Handy Meals does exactly that. The food looks appetising even in frozen form, the instructions for storage and heating up are clear and easy to follow, and the result is tasty (despite not being a great cook myself, I do know what good food is like). Everyone is different of course, but the very least I can say is that anyone who decides to give Handy Meals a try (with realistic expectations) has a good chance of being impressed.

I bought a big batch of these meals with the intention of having them for lunches and the odd dinner if I'm busy. I've a busy job and find I don't have time for meal prep all the time. I've tried other brands like pure power and fit foods and while they are ok, I didn't like relying on them as they are ultra processed. These meals taste like real food and so far have been delicious. They are frozen fresh and delivered straight to my door in the evening. So convenient. Really great to be able to have these healthy options in the freezer.

Amazing food and so easy to order! Excellent quality, and if I do say so, perfect for the newborn days - these were a life saver when we had no time to make good quality meals with a new baby. Couldn’t recommend more!

I recently purchased the 10 meal bundle deal at the shop location. I got an assortment of the most beautiful meals that were so tasty and as a family they were so convenient for rush days when activities are on. The meals were wolfed down by all 3 kids. We will definitely be back to get more and try some different meals.
